Terms of Use

Last updated 18 October 2026

Draft. These terms are still being reviewed and are not final.

These terms apply when you use the CreatingMe iPhone app and this website. By using the app, you agree to them. CreatingMe is provided by 16697518 Canada Inc. (Tesorin) of Ontario, Canada. These terms are between you and 16697518 Canada Inc., not Apple.

The app and Apple's terms

CreatingMe is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add details specific to CreatingMe. Where they conflict, Apple's agreement applies.

A wellbeing tool, not medical care

CreatingMe offers gratitude, affirmation, manifestation and goal-planning practices for personal reflection. It isn't therapy, medical care or professional advice, and it doesn't diagnose or treat any condition. Everyone's results are different, and we can't promise any particular outcome.

If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the US or 9-8-8 in Canada, or call your local emergency number.

Free and Premium

CreatingMe has a free version. Premium unlocks more features and is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The app and the App Store show prices in your currency before you buy.

Your content

Everything you write and add in CreatingMe belongs to you. It's stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, and we can't access it. iCloud sync keeps a copy, but you're responsible for keeping your iPhone and iCloud backed up.

Our content

The app, its design and its built-in content, including affirmations, prompts and the pathway, belong to CreatingMe or its licensors. You may use them in the app for your own personal use. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute them.

Using the app fairly

Don't misuse CreatingMe. For example, don't interfere with how it works, try to get around Premium, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to break the law.

No warranty and limits on liability

As far as the law allows, CreatingMe is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for CreatingMe in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that the law says can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll also tell you in the app. If you keep using CreatingMe after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. If the law where you live gives you protections that can't be waived, those protections still apply.
